House with courtyard and garden – Aspe Valley

We offer this charming Béarnaise family house to discover the Aspe Valley and its surroundings. Nestled in a green setting at the foot of the mountain, in the picturesque village of Escot. > Convenient access to the neighboring Ossau Valley, ski resorts (Arette, Pierre St Martin, Artouste) and the many charming villages of the valley (Bedous, Lescun) > Close to the most beautiful hikes in the Pyrenees (Lakes Lhurs, Ayous, Montagnon and many others) The space On the ground floor a large living room and reading area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, hood, combined refrigerator, microwave) with a dining area. We inform our guests that the wood-burning stove is not functional. And upstairs, a bedroom with dressing room and double bed, another bedroom with double bed and 1 "children's" bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a shower room and toilet. Everything has been recently renovated for your comfort while respecting the charm of the authentic Béarnaise house. Very well insulated house that retains heat in winter and stays cool in summer. In addition, a multitude of outdoor spaces are available to you: a closed courtyard ensuring the safety of your children and our four-legged friends with barbecue (available from April to the end of September), table and parasol, a garden overlooking the village and a garden at the back of the house for more privacy (the gardens are not completely enclosed). Access to the garden is from outside our house. Guest access Easily accessible by the N134, the house is located a stone's throw from the mythical Marie Blanque pass and the Bénou plateau. In the Valley, the activities offered are very diverse and nature-oriented: paragliding, hiking, kayaking and horseback riding. You will be 40 minutes from Spain through the Somport tunnel. Upon arrival you will have a parking space in the neighboring meadow (please leave the entrance free because the meadow is shared) Other things to note > Key handover by a secure key box > Low-speed Wi-Fi connection nevertheless useful for making and receiving calls (we are eagerly awaiting fiber)
