Plus: washing machine, water reserve, Wi-Fi, microwave, Nespresso machine, and parking space The space In the heart of the protected marine area of Tavolara, less than a kilometer from the sea, and a short walk from the city center, a house designed for those who want to experience Sardinia with slowness, light and freedom awaits you. Here the days begin with the scent of coffee and end with outdoor dinners under the starry sky, after spending hours in the turquoise waters of some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Capo Coda Cavallo, La Cinta, Porto Taverna and Porto Istana. And next to you, iconic and majestic, the island of Tavolara. The apartment, located in a small residential complex, on the first and top floor is equipped with all comforts. It has a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for one and a half, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom, accessible from the living room. The apartment has a large veranda, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and water supply, a microwave and an electric oven and washing machine, you will also find a Nespresso coffee machine. An exclusive parking space inside the complex is at your disposal. The space lends itself very well to being lived in by families or small groups of people who want to spend pleasant days in wonderful Sardinia. The accommodation tax is to be paid separately (€2/day per person). There is a construction site for the construction of a kindergarten (stopped in summer and therefore silent) with the storage of building material in the park below. Guest access The entire house is available, including the parking space in the internal courtyard. Sleeps 5: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. by appointment, directly at the apartment. For arrivals at different times (only if the house is available), we can help you arrange a self check-in! Other things to note The municipality of Porto San Paolo charges an accommodation tax of €2 per person per day for those over 12 years of age.
