Relax on the porch and enjoy Old Florida Charm. Located on the end of the road, you feel as though you are in the country yet only 5 miles to Inverness. You are 250 ft from a public boat dock so bring your boat/kayak & fishing pole. The home is quaint and unique with uneven stone floors in one area, so it is not optimal for small children or people with difficulty walking. Because of the fragility of the property we are so sorry but we cannot accommodate animals. We hope you love this property! The space Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this unique property. With 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen,2 full bathrooms and a laundry house,you can enjoy your week. The property is located on a large lot with space to walk among the trees and is only 250 feet to the Withlacoochee River. Guest access Enjoy the entire home. There is a full kitchen stocked with spices, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee. Please note: there are appliances but no dishwasher. We have a laundry house on the property that you are welcome to use. Enjoy sipping morning coffee on the front porch or watching TV in the living room. We have WIFI and a phone for your convenience. Other things to note This home was hand built with love by a former builder in the 60’s and his wife was an artist who painted murals on the walls. This is a county treasure so we are offering this as air bnb as a trial. We know you will love and care for this historical home as we do. Because it is fragile, it is not appropriate for young children or people with mobility issues as some of the floors are stone and are uneven.
