Renovated house close to the beaches

Welcome to our home, your home! Located in a quiet area of St Brieuc, we offer our house, a small cocoon where life is good. The space The house includes on the ground floor a living room and dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden, an open kitchen, laundry room and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet. One bedroom is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed, the other is a bedroom with a double bed. On the top floor you will find a large master bedroom and a bathroom. You can also enjoy our very pleasant sunny garden: you can enjoy the sun all day with two terraces at your disposal that allow you to have all your meals in the sun or in the shade as you wish. A large shed at the back of the house allows you to easily store your bikes.  The only requirement of the garden: water the strawberries and tomatoes and eat them as soon as they are ripe.  Facilities: TV, Internet, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, pizza machine, washing machine, barbecue, parasol, hammocks, children's hut, toys and (many!) children's books, baby bed, booster seat...
