Just a few minutes drive from the charming township of Kangaroo Valley, this location promises privacy and awe-inspiring views of the surrounding natural beauty, teeming with diverse wildlife. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature as you enjoy the outdoor hot tub or shower, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or simply bask in the sun on the verandah, listening to the soothing sounds of the environment. Friendly horses, a welcoming dog, and other pets are ready to greet you, and the glasshouse offers a tranquil space to relax amongst the scribbly gums and sheoaks. You might even be lucky enough to spot the rare glossy black cockatoos during your stay. There is a small kitchenette with an induction cook top, frypan, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as an outdoor BBQ. All linen and towels supplied along with Shampoo Conditioner and Bodywash/Soap and Plunger Coffee and teas and small milk, all for your use. The property is only a few minutes drive into the township for breakfast, lunch or dinner OR to the refreshing waters of the Kangaroo Valley River for a swim or Kayak. Guest access Guests have the entire place to themselves, however there is a house on the same property a few hundred meters away where we live or have other guests reside. The area is very private and secluded, not seeing or hearing others , however being mindful that there are other people on the property at times. Please be sure to know that you choose to walk around the property at your own risk as there is uneven ground, loose stones, slippery surfaces and possibly snakes on the property. You are completely aware of these possible hazards when you book and agree to the guidelines and terms, therefore hosts are not responsible for any injuries incurred. Other things to note The private natural flowing creek is a peaceful place to sit or walk and wildlife and birdlife are often abundant on the property and neighbouring properties. There are many uneven and rocky surfaces, bush steps and bush tracks with hazards and possibly snakes, therefore walking on the property in the surrounds are done at your own risk, in flat enclosed shoes. If you would like an outdoor fire throughout your stay {as long as it is not a fire ban} please note it is your responsibility to purchase a bag or two of timber from the Kangaroo Valley service station and collecting sticks is a risk, due to snakes in leaf litter, so you do so at your own risk and hosts are not responsible for any injury or bites.
