You will drive up a gravelly access road to park in front of bldg. Drive up the alleyway cautiously. There is a small flight of steps to walk up to get to the unit. The apartment is located downstairs, so you may on occasion hear someone walking around upstairs. No parties or events No smoking inside of the apartment.
