Enjoy stunning sunrises, sea breezes, and a peaceful coastal setting. The home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms spa bath 3 toilets, open-plan living, a 75-inch TV, two verandas, a balcony, and a double garage. Fully self-contained, equipped kitchen, laundry and BBQ. Perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests. The space Remote controlled Double under cover Garage available. Extra parking available in second drive way. Parking 2 drive ways Available Drive way one fits 2 in the double Garage and approx 4 to 5 cars in drive way. Second driveway can fit a caravan at the start of the driveway, boat or small work vehicle. No Car trailers or large vehicles can fit up the second drive way, as it goes skinnier the further it goes. Large parking area at the front of the property council land. Guest access Front Door Smart Lock Access to the front door is via our smart lock system. Your entry code will be the last four digits of the phone number of the guest who made the booking. This code will only be activated on the day you arrive and will automatically deactivate on the day you depart. You may share this four-digit code with all guests staying with you. If you have any issues, please contact us directly. Garage Access The garage has remote controls provided for your convenience. You will find the remote in the condiment tray on the kitchen bench. If used, please ensure it is returned to the tray prior to your departure. Please Check-in and let us know on Air BNB when you arrive. Other things to note . Guest Information – Amazing Views Holiday Home Your stay is fully self-contained with fresh linen, bath towels, bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. BBQ and gas are supplied — BBQ must be left clean or a $60 fee applies. Please leave used beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, and ensure the dishwasher is emptied.
