Fully self contained home everything included including linen to make you feel at home. The space Remote controlled Double under cover Garage available. Extra parking available in second drive way. Parking 2 drive ways Available Drive way one fits 2 in the double Garage and approx 4 to 5 cars in drive way. Second driveway can fit a caravan at the start of the driveway, boat or small work vehicle. No Car trailers or large vehicles can fit up the second drive way, as it goes skinnier the further it goes. Large parking area at the front of the property council land. Guest access Front Foor Smart Lock - Entry front door smart lock access. Please reach out through Air BNB inbox message for your front door code 48 hours prior to you stay. Garage has remote controls for your convenience. Controls for the garage are located in the tray on the kitchen bench, if used please return to the tray prior to your departure. Other things to note Self sufficient home, all linen supplied, bath towels, bedding, BBQ and gas facilities supplied, BBQ must be left clean or an additional charge of $60.00 will be charged. Please do not make any beds that have been used there will be a cleaner come through to clean the home and all linen. Please make sure all dishes are cleaned and put away and dishwasher is left empty. Min stay 2 days (Must be approved if less days). Min 3 day stay for long weekends. The house is double story so it does have 2 sets of stairs from the garage however the living area is all on one level apart from one small step inside the home. Full laundry facilities included for your convenience washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, broom, dustpan and vacuum cleaner. Cleaning products supplied in laundry cupboard if required. Dish washer Available, supplied finish powder. Aid used please make sure it is emptied. Dish clothes, bin bags, dishwashing liquid, fly spray supplied. Reverse Osmosis Purified water on tap for drinking and to use for kettle to stop build up of calcium. Beach towels not included. ***Home is set back from the highway but please note being on a highway traffic noise is present at peak traffic times.
