Spacious 4 bedroom apartment at the top, overlooking Kødbyen and its many restaurants and cafes. Close to public transport, walking distance to Tivoli, shops, cafes and the city center. Perfect for families. Large kitchen, balcony with morning sun and children's room with a single bed. Personally decorated and with dishwasher, washing machine and all basic items (hair dryer, linen, towels, shampoo, detergent, etc.) No elevator. The space Unique view over "Kødbyen", bright and sunny. Very close to the central station, in a very busy and bustling area full of life. Roomy and spacious (105 m2) Fully equipped kitchen with all the basics (tea, coffee, spices, kitchen utensils etc) Balcony with plants and sun until 13. I live here with my two children, and rent it out sometimes when we go to our allotment outside Copenhagen. Guest access There is a small yard with grass and playthings for kids, I can show you when you get here. Notice that as the apartment is on the 4th floor, there are some steps up. Other things to note The apartment is suitable for families with children or one or more couples, there are two double beds and two single beds. If you come from the main train station, you can go via the tracks to Tietgensgade, if you want the easiest way to the apartment. There is coffee and tea and cereals for you, and please use what you like for cooking as well.
