In the heart of Auvergne, Cantal Emotions offers a small village of 5 cottages. With its 65 m² houses by the river, it is a small paradise of greenery and calm reserved for you. For us, luxury is space and time. We offer you a break of well-being with comfortable cottages labeled 3 épis, ideal for stays with family or friends. On site, there is also a mini-farm. Pets allowed with surcharge. The space The spirit of Cantal Emotions: With us, we offer spacious and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Monts du Cantal. We attach great importance to the natural, quiet and relaxing setting of the place. We are attentive, responsive and caring hosts with the simple goal of sharing a good time with you in our little corner of paradise. With us, you have a mini farm with chickens, rabbits, free-range cats, as well as horses. Nature is an important factor when you stay at Cantal Émotions. We use our horses to maintain the spaces, it is not uncommon for them to graze in the spring parked in the middle of the lodges. We limit the use of thermal mowers and practice late and selective mowing of our green spaces to allow biodiversity to develop quietly. With us, therefore, no English grass but controlled green spaces. Our lodges are as follows: > This is a 65 m² independent house. > There is on the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom and an independent toilet. > Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds each. > Each cottage has a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, pergola and deckchair. > Bed and bath linens are not present. You have duvets, pillows and blankets in the cottage. > Baby equipment can be lent on reservation only. At our place, we prefer to spend time chatting with you to help you discover our little piece of paradise. We take the time to brief you on what you can see and do in the area and then we set you up in the cottage. In the gite, you will find all the detailed inventories as well as the cleaning sheet for departure. If you notice any anomaly, it should be reported to us at the reception, by text or on the Airbnb app within 2 hours of your arrival. While we do our best to offer top-notch accommodation, we are not perfect and can leave a small typo, we will be happy to rectify the situation. At our place, to allow us to welcome you in the best conditions, we have chosen to continue to apply strict health protocols. To be able to apply them, we need time, which is why compliance with the cleaning sheet, arrival and departure times is essential for us, but also for you and the following guests. We want to offer the best possible experience to our visitors, and for that we need you. Guest access The entire house is available. 60 m² house with 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Dedicated entirely to visitors. Private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchair. Possibility to recharge your vehicle on the dedicated site at the collective parking lot. Actual billing. Other things to note Pets are allowed at Cantal Émotions, but limited to two per accommodation. For more than 2, contact us. - cat: €10 - small dog: €25 - medium and large dog: €40 Pet fee depending on the size of the animal. We reserve the right to assess the size of the animal. Electricity consumption is the responsibility of the visitor. A meter reading on arrival and departure will be carried out. Actual consumption will be charged to the visitor. Allow between €8 and €10 per day from November to March and then between €3 and €7 for the rest of the year. Estimate for average and responsible consumption. Additional cleaning fee: €100/week (optional). Security Deposit A security deposit of €350 per gîte payable in 2 checks (€250 and €100) is required upon arrival. The deposit can be paid by credit card via our secure online payment platform. The security deposit will be returned within 15 to 30 days of the end of the stay, less the compensation withheld for any damage caused or missing items (security deposit €250) and provided that the chalet is returned in the same clean condition as you found it (cleaning deposit €100). The return period may be up to 2 months in the event of a dispute. For the return of the deposits, provided that the above conditions are met, a photo will be sent by email or SMS for checks marked "CANCELLED". They will be torn up and thrown away. For credit card deposits, a refund of the amounts paid will be made, provided that the above conditions are met, on the credit card debited via our secure online payment platform. Our family gîte village is a space of calm and relaxation, for the respect of all parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected from 10pm to 7am. In case of non-compliance, a deduction from the security deposit may be made to compensate other visitors for the noise made at night. In any case, the gîte will be delivered to visitors only if there is a security deposit. The keys are handed over at the Cantal Emotions reception area from 6 p.m. Collective parking - 1 car per cottage. For more cars, contact us. Public parking lot 20 m away for other cars.
