Semi attached Classic Colonial/Georgian Townhome in a cozy setting a few minutes walk from legendary Woodmont Beach. ***** Ideal for traveling nurses as we are very close to Yale New Haven, Milford, and Bridgeport Hospitals. Available: Two side by side rooms in a three bedroom shared townhouse. Rooms measure approximately 12x12 each with large closets, they are configured as a living room and a bedroom. The space Only one of the rooms is pictured. This is ideally the bedroom as it has the larger of the closets, in the back corner of the unit for your privacy, and directly across from your bathroom entrance. The other room, with an ample closet, is set as a living room, with sofa bed, compact refrigerator and microwave. (Of course, you have access to the main kitchen as well. ) It is basically identical to the room pictured but departing tenant is currently using the room and to respect her privacy, it is not pictured. Both rooms feature key locks. The rooms come furnished (or unfurnished depending on length or stay). Each room has a ceiling fan. Large Master Bathroom would be shared; the bathroom has two doors - one of which is conveniently located outside the suite of rooms - additionally it features a double sink and your own personal storage cabinets and drawers. The unit also features a 1/2 bath on the first floor; washer and dryer is located in unit. The unit is in a complex which features off street parking, a pool with a clubhouse, and is within walking distance @10 minutes to Woodmont Beach. About You You are organized, not too loud, and respectful of the neighbors and complex. While you have use of the kitchen, and facilities of the complex I have it set as a suite of rooms so we each have our own private relaxation space. About Me I am a professional, I work from home most days. I am easygoing, and love to laugh. Guest access Kitchen, bathrooms, patio, pool, clubhouse. During your stay While we do live in the unit, we are respectful of your privacy and spaces. Other things to note We prefer a minimum of two weeks, or ideally a month to month tenant.
