Completely renovated, very comfortable Chalet spirit. Close to EVERYTHING! ESF, shops, restaurants, ski lifts, package purchases... The space Ski-in/out cottage makes perfect sense… Look where it is! On the snow front on the slopes! You can't dream of anything better!... Apartment sleeps up to 6 (including children), with the possibility of 5 in bedrooms, in a chalet of eight apartments. It is not huge but well thought out. Entryway: - Nesting benches (3), coat hooks, rugs (2). Sleeping arrangements: - A bedroom overlooking a large balcony with a double bed of 140 (2 pers). 1 chair, 1 80 cm flat screen TV - A mountain room with "pull-out" beds: low bed 120 and high bed 90 (not recommended for children under six years old) where 2-3 beds. Window overlooking the entrance side. - Very comfortable Savoyard bench in the living room overlooking the balcony (sleeps 2, single beds 80 cm). See photo when open. Restroom facilities: Bathroom with bathtub (hair dryer and towel dryer). Separate toilet with window. Closet with washing machine. Very well-equipped kitchenette: Dishwasher, ceramic hob, multifunction microwave oven, 2 coffee makers (traditional and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, raclette machine... Living room overlooking a large balcony: Savoyard pull-out bench, rectangular table with extensions, 6 bistro chairs, two small wooden stools, one leather stool. 1 flat screen TV 80 cm. Miscellaneous: A private ski locker on the ground floor. A large snow shovel is at your disposal if needed. Everything is close by: ESF, shops, doctors, pharmacy, banks, aquasports complex, swimming pool, Le Signal bowling alley... From the balcony you will be at the center of local events, torchlight descents, fireworks, and more... Guest access Apartment in a Chalet which is on the ski slopes, therefore: - In winter, access is on foot from Avenue des Jeux Olympiques. Park near the Le Dava restaurant, go down to the entrance of Le Dava, along the terrace of the restaurant... straight ahead is the chalet. (See photos 1-2-3). Then, park the vehicle at the Le Signal station parking lot, which is near the Signal and the Church. - In summer, you can access by car and park in front of the cottage. The entrance is on the ground floor on the side of the entrance hall of the chalet, while being on the 1st floor on the side of the living rooms on the slopes, facing south, facing the Beaufortain and Mont Bisane massif. So no floor to climb with your suitcases or skis........ CAUTION! . No skis allowed in the apartment. A private ski room is available on the ground floor of the chalet. The room number will be communicated to you later. . BICYCLES are NOT ALLOWED in the apartment. You have two options for storing them: - 1/ A collective room, with a key, (the electrical room of the chalet) is on the ground floor. Door next to our ski storage room. - 2/ On the ground floor, under the stairs, respecting the access to the three apartments. Other things to note READ... IMPORTANT...: • Sheets and towels are not provided, you have the option to rent sheets, towels and other services at the "Grand-Mont" agency Avenue des Jeux Olympiques, at "Émilie-Conciergerie" at the entrance to the station, on the right sidewalk. • CLEANING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED. We ask that you clean the apartment and leave it clean to accommodate the next guests who, like you, want to enter a clean apartment. If you have any comments upon arrival, please let us know immediately so we can promptly assist you. . PETS: The presence of pets in the accommodation is strictly prohibited, regardless of the duration, unless expressly authorized in writing by the owner. In the case of an exceptional agreement, any damage will be the responsibility of the tenant.
