Stone Hall Mill Cottage is a secluded, comfortable, rural retreat in Welsh Hook, Pembrokeshire. The famous Welsh Coastal Path as well as a plethora of Blue Flag beaches are all easily reachable by car. The local towns of Haverfordwest and Fishguard are easily accessible and just a short drive away from Stone Hall Mill Cottage. It is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The space The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a country kitchen, dining room and a lounge with a multi-fuel stove, NOW TV and a DVD player. We allow up to two well behaved dogs in the house. Entrance, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Utility, Larder, two family Bathrooms and Three Bedrooms One Double room and two twin rooms The back garden is fully enclosed and the large front garden area borders a little used bridle path. Guest access This property is unsuitable for people with disabilities Other things to note 1. No smoking inside the property 2. Quiet times from 10pm to 7am 3. Please be courteous to the neighbours 4. Pets are not allowed on the furniture - Please bring your own throws with you for pets to lay on 5. All dog poo is the responsibility of the guest and should be removed, placed in a plastic bag, area cleaned and bag disposed of in the general waste bin. Additional Notes: THE BASICS While you are visiting our holiday homes, we want you to enjoy the freedom of self-catering accommodation with at all the at-home essentials. While we want you to enjoy your stay with us and treat it as your own, we ask you do this respectfully by following the house rules. WASTE All Holiday Homes within Pembrokeshire must abide by new Waste Regulations from April 2024. It is your responsibility to ensure all refuse is segregated for recycling and ensure all waste is disposed of correctly. The categories in which waste must be segregated is: Red – Mixed plastics, cans, food & drink cartons (Clear bag provided) Blue – Mixed paper, Cardboard, greeting cards and brown paper (Clear bag provided) Green – Mixed glass bottles and jars (Clear bag provided) Grey - Food Waste (Liner provided) Black – General waste: All refuse that is not suitable for recycling. This includes any nappies and tied doggie bags (if applicable) (Black bag provided) All rubbish is to be placed into appropriate bin bags provided. All bags should be placed in allocated outdoor/wheelie bins provided on site. Your rubbish will be collected on your changeover and/or mid-service day. Failure to comply with the instructions provided may result in an exit cleaning fee by NetLet Properties Ltd. BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE If there are any accidents or incidences during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. As soon as it has been reported we will arrange to fix or replace what has been broken or damaged. STANDARDS On your arrival if the standards are not to the property specification. We require this to be reported within the first 24-hours of your arrival to allow NetLet to address these areas. This report can be made in writing to: or via phone: Any issues raised outside of this initial 24-hour period would require a formal investigation and could therefore cause delays. MAINTENANCE If any basic maintenance is required to be carried out during your stay, we will provide 24 hours’ notice. In this case we ask all guests when leaving the property for the day to always keep the keys in the key safe for ease of entry to the property is access is needed. You will always be informed before a member of NetLet enter the property during your stay. MID-SERVICE STAYS Any bookings longer that 10 days in any of our properties will require a mid-service stay. Bookings for 3-4 weeks long will have this service carried out once a week. We require entry to the property to refresh all bedding, towels, bathmats, tea towels and oven gloves. This service is mandatory and will be arranged with the office for a set day along with a timeframe. We will need the property keys to be left in the key safe for our housekeepers to gain access to carry out this service. This service is to ensure the property is serviced once a week and you have fresh bedding for the duration of your stay. All guidelines will be followed, and PPE worn if required. PET-FRIENDLY This property is pet-friendly and we welcome guests and their four-legged friends. The guest is responsible for their pets throughout their stay. Any damage to the property, and/or mess that is not cleaned properly upon departure will result in the damage deposit being withheld, whilst an investigation takes place as to the extent of the damage and what is required to rectify this prior to the next booking taking place.
