Our accommodation is surrounded by the green Tuscan countryside between the provinces of Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia and Florence, so perfect for reaching everything easily: cities of art, sea, mountains, natural parks, various attractions, as well as airports and main roads, but equally ideal for spending a relaxing vacation. It is suitable for families and small groups. The optimal number of guests is 8, but you can reach 10 using the double sofa bed in the living room. The space The accommodation available to guests is a portion (100 sqm) of the farmhouse. The remaining part is our home but, although bordering each other, the two apartments are independent both in terms of interior spaces and entrances (2). Guests also have exclusive use of an outdoor space with a wood-burning oven and barbecue, which is accessed directly from the kitchen/dining room, and the adjacent green area set up with a gazebo, table, chairs, ping pong table, table soccer and hammock. In the woods, there is another barbecue with a table and Spartan benches. The common areas (but only with us, there will be no other guests at the same time) include the rest of the garden/park, the swimming pool with its whirlpool, the solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs, the outdoor shower, the wooden house for use as a dressing room/bathroom/storage room and the sauna. Other things to note Free services: - For the little ones we provide, in addition to a changing table and high chair, outdoor toys - We'll gladly provide directions and suggestions on places to visit and events not to be missed.
