The room is located in a 3-room top-floor apartment in Rutesheim Heuweg. Facilities include a kitchen-living room with dining area, dishes, electrical appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and TV, as well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the house and the S-Bahn stop is 10 minutes away on foot. The S6 and S60 run every 15 minutes towards Stuttgart and towards Weil der Stadt.
