The space The Gheppio apartment, available from April 1 to September 30, consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, a private fenced garden facing south/east and a separate entrance. Standard occupancy: 4 people Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 2 children or 1 adult who can use the sofa bed: in this case, the guest fee of €10 per person will be required in addition to the standard occupancy, per night, if not already duly entered at the time of booking. Not required for children under the age of three. The cabin, covered in wood and stone, is located along the dirt road that leads to the farm, in front of a large pasture and with a 360-degree view of the Grigne and the peaks of the Valsassina. The apartment is available for short stays, from the weekend to a maximum of 15 days, completely autonomous from an energy point of view, very cozy and bright with a capacity of 2 to 6 people. The apartment offers: a large living room with a dining table and a wood-burning stove, a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, a spacious corner with a fully furnished kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment, a refrigerator, an extractor hood, and a cooking area with a gas stove. The accommodation has a bathroom with shower. Included in the price, we offer the apartment's linen service for standard occupancy and wood for the stove. Guest access The accommodation consists of an apartment with its own parking space and a fenced and private garden that allows even the little ones to be kept under surveillance. About a 5-minute walk away you will find our farm. Other things to note Please note that in the mountain pasture, ELECTRICITY IS PRODUCED BY SOLAR PANELS AND SHOULD THEREFORE BE USED IN MODERATION. In case of strict necessity, the emergency battery lamp is still available in the apartment. Each house has a separate entrance, garden and/or large terrace on the ground floor.
