Upstairs Master bedroom is big, king bed and new Klaussner sleeper sofa, twin bed, can sleep 5 people easily, big shower, Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs landing has a day bed for one person, then a king bed & twin bed in the extra bedroom. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bath, one with a private entrance to the back patio . Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed & Twin, Bedroom 2 has a Full Bed and Trundle Bed (two twins). Living room sofa opens up to a bed to sleep 2. Small powder/restroom in also downstairs. House has a private well, so water is excellent for drinking. Back Patio is beautiful with big table and chairs for dining when weather permits. Patio is peaceful and private surrounded by many trees, pinon, juniper and fruit trees. Other things to note Just a wonderful property. Breakfast goodies are provided, including coffee, tea, oj, etc. An Albertsons grocery store & Walgreens drug store are just minutes from the house. The house has a piano that guests are allowed to use as they wish.
