Quiet night, with private shower and toilet

In the house that I live in with my husband, I offer you 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 private shower and toilet, as well as a cafeteria room with table and chairs. You will be in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the vineyards and countryside and can enjoy a large terrace. Your vehicle can be parked in the garden or on the street, your bike or motorcycle in the garage. Ideal stopover for a night's rest on your way, for a business or tourist stay. The space The house is on a quiet street about 1 km from the center of Serignan. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels and toiletries will be available. You have TV in one of the bedrooms and Wi-Fi in both. If there are 2 of you, let me know if you prefer 1 bedroom or both. Guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, outdoor lounge chairs. The view is beautiful and unobstructed with a fabulous sunset. Access is through one of the bedrooms or the cafeteria. The entrance to the house is shared with us as well as the staircase and hallway leading to the bedrooms. To access the rooms you need to climb a staircase inside the house. Guests can also enjoy a dining area with fridge, microwave and everything you need for breakfast: kettle, toaster and electric filter coffee maker. There is also a little bit of dishes. However, this is suitable for a snack but it is not a kitchen (no sink or oven or stove). If you would like breakfast, I suggest serving it to you for €7 per person. You can also plan what you need on your side. Guest access You have access to the terrace, shower room, toilet, entrance and bedrooms, "cafeteria" room. You can arrive independently according to your schedule or be greeted by me or my spouse Daniel. Please note that you don't have access to the kitchen. Other things to note The terrace is almost entirely for your exclusive use, but we ask that you not access the far right section. Our room is upstairs as well, at the other end of the hallway. So we can meet but know how to be discreet and respect your privacy.
