The 20 sqm roof terrace has unobstructed views to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Only about 6 minutes' walk from the Rhine and train station (Cologne/Koblenz line). A tram stop (to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef) and the pedestrian zone with bakeries, groceries and restaurants are about 7 minutes walk. The space The rooms are not large, the photos include a basic sketch with measurements for an overview. In the bedroom there is a double bed 160x200cm, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a wall mirror. In the well-equipped kitchen there are also the following products: 4 types of tea, coffee, filters, pads, sugar, salt, various types of vinegar, olive and rapeseed oil, spices, baking paper, fresh and aluminum foil, detergent and sponge. In the living room there is a portable fan in summer. A guest manual is on the desk. Guest access The apartment and roof terrace are exclusively for guests only. The separate laundry room on the first floor of the house is used by all residents (2). In it, a separate washing machine and dryer for guests.
