Duplex facing the sea

The space 65 m2 duplex apartment located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet building of 3 apartments and a restaurant on the ground floor. On the first level: entrance with dressing room, large bright living room with living and dining room, bay window and small balcony with sea view (ideal for admiring the sunsets), fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, under the roofs, 2 bedrooms in a row separated by a door: - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 extra mattress for children or teenagers - Secure staircase with barrier - 1 bedroom with double bed Note: you must cross the children's room to access the master bedroom. Sheets and towels are provided. Baby equipment (baby bed, potty and highchair) on request (be careful, it will take a little stamina to carry the stroller to the 3rd floor. I promise, the view is worth it!). Things to know before you book: - The apartment is not suitable for people who are not comfortable with stairs: it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and there is a staircase to access the rooms inside the apartment. - Because of the restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are sometimes cooking smells in the stairwell. It doesn't smell in the apartment. - In July and August, summer on the dike is in full swing: you may have more trouble finding a place to park just below the apartment, and you may hear music coming from bars and restaurants on the dike some evenings. Guest access You access the accommodation by the dike. No private parking. Cars and parking are prohibited on the dike, but you can park for free on the adjacent streets. Please note: in July and August, it may be more difficult to find a spot. There is a private paid parking lot in front of the Kursaal de Dunkerque (10 min walk from the apartment).
