Nice studio of 28 m2, ideally located on a large square (near the Tourist Office) overlooking the castle of the kings of Majorca, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, in the center of the village and a two-minute walk from the beach. This square is a festive place that is often very lively: sardanas, street shows, musical groups... We hope your stay is very pleasant and you are welcome. The space The apartment is very nice, completely renovated with care, on the 1st floor of a house and it is very well equipped. The accommodation is not overlooked and has two small balconies. Just go down to the ground floor to get to the beach, crossing the square and the boulevard du Boramar, there are all the shops and restaurants on site. The apartment is conveniently located, close to everything, so you can consider spending your entire stay without ever touching your car, especially since buses are €1 throughout the department. Guest access Basic products available: salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dishwasher product, washing machine product. Other things to note It is possible to rent the linen, for an additional fee for maintenance: bed linen in 160, towels for each person (1 bath sheet + 1 towel + 1 guest towel), 1 bath mat and two tea towels for a fee of €15 per person to be paid upon arrival if you choose this option. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, with extractor hood, pots, pans and stainless steel pan, electric oven, and microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, Bialetti Italian coffee maker, SENSEO electric coffee maker, stoneware dishes, refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a bagless vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The sofa bed is very comfortable and also offers, like the bed, a 160 cm bed. The bedding of the 160 cm bed is of high quality: slatted bed base, very comfortable foam and latex mattress. The bar table can also serve as a countertop for preparing meals, and the 4 bar chairs are folding. There is limited daily Wi-Fi access from the apartment, and you can also sit at the Sola café to be connected, or share a connection from your smartphone. The washing machine is on the same landing. The cleaning fee (€50) is mandatory and must be paid to the person who will be there on the day of the reception, as well as the linen rental fee of €15 per person, including bath sheet, hand towel, bath mat and tea towels.
