The family-friendly neighborhood, located in the coveted Rosemont La-Petite-Patrie neighborhood, offers several amenities nearby and in the surrounding area such as a movie theater, cafes, grocery stores, fruit shops, restaurants, parks, and bike paths. Public transport is easy and regular. The metro is a 12-minute walk away. The space The duplex, built in 1912, is unrenovated and has an "old-fashioned" character typical of old Montreal apartments!! As is rare in Montreal, the apartment has 4 closed bedrooms (3 bedrooms and 1 office), is very spacious and the ceilings are very high. Its location on a street corner means that there are several windows and it is very bright. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of the duplex. You will have access to every room in the apartment. Other things to note - I want to welcome people who are environmentally friendly and non-smokers; - However, smoking is allowed outside on the balcony; - Parties, celebrations and noisy evenings are prohibited; - Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Additional fees will be charged (breakage at the expense of the traveler); - Electricity and heating are not included in the monthly price (long-term rental)
