Al Fresco Springs 2 is the newest resort of the Al Fresco Springs lineup. Located conveniently beside Al Fresco Springs 1, this hot spring resort is larger and can accommodate up to 25 people. Decorated with Asian-inspired interiors, be transported to paradise and enjoy the breathtaking views of Mt. Makiling . This luxurious resort has various amenities everyone can enjoy. Al Fresco Springs 2 prides itself in its larger pool and common area. The space PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE FIRST (click on "CONTACT HOST") BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK/RESERVING. =========== Amenities =========== All amenities listed below are free to use. - Main pool (Max depth: 5 feet) - Kiddie pool (Max depth: 3 feet) - Refrigerator - BBQ Grill - Ice chest/cooler - Wi-Fi - Videoke - Basic cable TV Things to note: - Our pools contain natural hot spring water. You can expect the pool water to be warm or hot, depending on your tolerance. - Videoke is only allowed until 12MN. Unfortunately this is out of our control since it is a municipal ordinance. This is also in consideration of neighbors. =========== Bedrooms =========== All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor and 1 small bedroom (meant for seniors or those with disabilities) located on the ground floor. Our beds come with pillows and sheets. Blankets can be requested upon check-in from the caretaker (no charge). =========== Bathrooms =========== Two bedrooms on the second floor share a common restroom and shower room, while the rest of the rooms are equipped with their own bathroom. There is an additional restroom (no shower) on the ground floor, conveniently located near the pool. Please note that we do not provide toiletries and towels. We do not have shower heaters. =========== Kitchen =========== At the back of the resort is the kitchen. Kitchen 1 has a countertop with a sink. Kitchen 1 is mostly meant for washing dishes, microwaving food (upon request), food preparation, and extra countertop space. Kitchen 2 is equipped with a sink, two-burner gas stove (this is included in the rate), and a fridge. Guests are expected to bring their own cutlery (spoons & forks), plates, cookware (pots & pans) and cooking utensils. However, we do provide the basics: a medium-sized pot & pan (wok), knife, chopping board, solid spoon (sandok) & turner (sianse), and microwave. The grill is located near the entrance in the garage area. You are free to use the grill; charcoal can be bought from the caretaker. =========== Guest Limit =========== The pax limit is good for up to 30 pax. Children 2 years old and above are included in the headcount. If you exceed 30 pax, there will be a ₱500 entrance fee per additional pax. ABSOLUTE maximum is up to 34 pax only. In excess of the absolute maximum will be DENIED entry. =========== Extra Fees =========== - ₱60 for each succeeding jug of water (for the hot & cold water dispenser) - Use of conference room (air-conditioned): ₱200/hr - Events Fee (if you will have catering, event set up, etc.): ₱1,000 - Food Cart, Mobile Bar, Photo Booth: ₱500 per supplier - Sound system, professional lights & sounds: ₱500 per item - Time extension**: ₱900 per hour **Strictly subject to approval and can only be allowed if the next time slot is available. A surcharge of ₱900 per hour will be billed for *approved* extension/early check-in. Otherwise, you will be asked to check-out on time. Other things to note - We only accept cash (Philippine Peso) in the resort. Please keep this in mind if any of the extra fees apply to you. - We only allow one vehicle to be parked inside the resort. All other cars can be safely parked by the curb just outside of the resort. We also have a private parking lot in front of the resort. The resort is located in a guarded subdivision, where guards roam at least twice during the night. Rest assured your parked vehicles will be safe during your stay. - Al Fresco Springs 2 is right beside our other resort, Al Fresco Springs 1. There is a wall/barrier separating the two resorts for privacy and noise reduction. Please be considerate of the guests next door; keep the noise down after midnight. - We do not offer flexible check-in and check-out times since we follow a tight schedule. You can only stay for up to 21 hours unless a time extension is approved (see "Extra Fees"). Check in starts at 2pm; check-out is at 11am. - Cut-off time for checking in is 11pm. The resort will be closed until 6am to guests arriving after the cut-off time. Please let us know in advance if you will be checking-in late after 11pm. If you are unclear about something, kindly contact us before booking. - We have one security camera outside the gate, by the pool, the common/dining area, and the outside kitchen area.
