Wake up to panoramic coastal views from the kitchen window and conservatory. 180degree Views of sea from Tintagel to Trevose. A modern equipped and clean house with a very cosy sitting room with wood burning stove. Very comfortable beds that can be split in two or put together to make a king size. The kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops. The house is 5 mins drive from the famous St Enedoc Golf Course, Polzeath Beach, Daymer Bay, Rock and Port Issac The space Guests stay in the upstairs suite with en-suite bathroom with power shower and bath and beautiful bedroom views. Bath towels and bedding provided. Guests may also use the kitchen to prepare their meals. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. Sorry to say it is also strictly no dogs to avoid dog hair and no doggy business outside in our lovely garden. Please use table mats and coasters on the dining table found in the middle drawer under the toaster. There is a Visitors Manual (blue file) which has instructions for the TV's and microwave and fire etc. and leaflets for restaurants and Houses. The house has been PAT tested and the chimney has been swept and there are fire blankets and an extinguisher in the kitchen. There is an owners freezer and fridge in the utility room which we ask you to respect and not open. the empty fridge/freezer in the kitchen is for your use. there is no gas in the house.
