The space The freshly built penthouse (94 sq.m) has an open plan living room with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double size bed, and a bathroom and a separate WC. The apartment is bright, the windows open in four directions. A small balcony is ideal for nice coffee moments in the morning. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 persons (but can accommodate up to 6) and is furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable and contemporary stay: WiFi, TV news channels, cutlery and crockery, coffee and tea, bed linen, towels, washing machines etc. Other things to note The apartment is on the fourth floor, and the house has no lift. Since pets are welcome, the apartment is not suitable for persons with dog or cat allergies.
