Andrea's room is one of three private en-suite rooms in apartment Check In. Room size is 25 m²and have a walk-in shower with small private terrace. Apartment is located in the city center (downtown) on the 1st floor. Apartment size is 90 m² . Situated in a quiet, peaceful street one-minute walk away from main square Giardini as well as from many city's landmarks such as the Triumphal arch ,Twin Gates , Amphiteather, fortress Kastel and charming old city market. The space ANDREA'S ROOM is private room with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Room has a small private terrace as well as big shared terrace on the entrance. Also, is the one of the three private rooms in 90 m² apartment. Ideal for singles, couples and small group of friends. The room can accommodate two persons at a time in double bed (queen size). The room sizes is 25 m². The room has A/C (air conditioning), satellite LCD TV and access to internet (WiFi). Guest access Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room (common room) which guests share with other rooms as well as a big terrace with table and chairs for each room separately. Guests get for free of charge use of the washing machine, dishwasher and iron. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in price. During your stay On your arrival you will receive the keys, city map with a lot information what to do, where to go and everything what our city can offer. We give our best to answer on every guest question. We will not be present in the apartment during your stay at our place, but we live close (10 minutes away) and we are at your disposal any time. Other things to note Parking isn’t included in booking. Parking option: Parking in the apartment street and the streets around is public, guests need to find available spot for their car. Parking zone is 1st zone RED. Parking period and prices: 1) LOW SEASON PERIOD From 1st October until 31st May From 7.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. 1.00€/ hour. Daily ticket 13.00€/ 24 hours. Free of charge: From 8.00 p.m. until 7.00 a.m. and on Sundays. 2) MID SEASON PERIOD From 1st June until 30th June From 1st September until 30th September From 7.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. 1.00€/ hour. Daily ticket 13.00€/ 24 hours. Free of charge: From 10.00 p.m. until 7.00 a.m. and on Sundays. 3) HIGH SEASON PERIOD From 1st July until 31st August From 7.00 a.m. until 12.00 a.m. (midnight) 1.60€/ hour. Daily ticket 27.00€/ 24 hours. Free of charge: From 12.00 a.m. (midnight) until 7.00 a.m.
