We offer a room with private bathroom and toilet in our single-family home. The neighborhood is very quiet. You'll have the option to park easily in front of the house. We live upstairs and the room is located on the ground floor which makes it independent. You will find all amenities in NIEUL (bakery, tobacco-press, pharmacy, supermarket,...). The house is located 7 minutes from Bellegarde Airport, 12 minutes from the ZI Nord of Limoges and the A20 motorway, 15-20 minutes from Limoges city center. You are very welcome!
