The space (English below) *** The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with very comfortable sofa bed (not a click-clack or a BZ) and a mattress topper for even more comfort, a dining table, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, bathtub, and toilet. We are also lucky enough to enjoy a balcony overlooking a pretty garden. In February, facade renovation work will begin and there will be scaffolding for a few months. This apartment is ideal for a couple, with the possibility of an extra bed for two people in the living room. Please note there are no blackout curtains in the living room, only in the bedroom. You can have all the space of the apartment and its amenities, as well as kitchen products such as oil, sugar, salt... The residence is very quiet, please respect the tranquility of our neighbors and do not smoke in the apartment. The balcony has an ashtray and a nice view for that :-) We live in the apartment and take great care of it.
