It’s a private entrance suite, separate from my main house on an acre of land with an inground pool. This is a family oriented location. I live in the main house with my children. NO PARTIES ALLOWED Do not ask! You are renting the suite, not the pool. If available, you may use the pool, but there are rules, the pool not apart of the rental agreement The space You are renting the in-law suite/studio is spacious with a full bathroom, kitchen area with full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, double hot plate, toaster oven, and griddle for cooking, no stove is available, small dining table, queen size bedroom set, and a desk for workspace, fireplace, etc. Air mattress is available for additional guests. The suite can sleep up to 4 people. 50 inch Smart Tv with Netflix, Amazon, Chromecast ready and many more apps to connect to. No local channels. Great location for business or pleasure. Guests will be allowed to use the pool, if it is available and open. My family uses the pool. You are not renting the pool, you are renting the suite. When pool is available and ready for use. Pool rules: The pool is swim at your own risk. The pool is to be used only by the guests that are staying in the suite. No outside people are allowed use of the pool. I am not responsible for any accidents on my property. Including the pool area. The pool will not be available after Labor Day to June of the following year. These are the Fall and Winter months. These rules apply at all times. This location is family oriented. There are NO parties allowed on the property. NO loud music in the suite or by the pool. We live in a quiet area. No one under the age of 21 are allowed to consume alcohol. No illegal drugs are allowed on the property including medical marijuana. Authorities will be called for you to be removed from the property without a refund. Thank you! Guest access Private in-law suite with separate entrance from the main house. I live in the main house. You are renting the suite not the pool. Pool is available for use, weather permitting, not available during the Fall and Winter months. You would be sharing the pool with my family. There may be times during your stay that the pool is under maintenance for cleaning. If you break any pool rules, you won’t be allowed to use the pool. Again, you are renting the suite, not the pool. For insurance purposes, I will need the names and ages of the adults staying in the suite. There have been too many parties in the Airbnb industry and guests allowing other people on our properties without permission. After you book, please message me this information. I am not responsible for any guests that use the pool. The only people that may use the pool are the guests staying in the suite with my permission. No outside guests are allowed. If this rule isn’t followed, you will be asked to leave with no refund. A day of your arrival, I will contact you with your check in instructions and key code to check in at your earliest convenience after 4pm. If available before 4pm, you will be notified. Other things to note Extras at no charge for our guests. Free WiFi, Keurig machine with K-cups, snacks available in the cabinet, bottles of water in the fridge, etc. Please help yourself to any of the items that are in the private inlaw suite. There isn’t a stove for cooking. There is a hot plate, toaster oven, and a griddle for you to cook something to eat. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the suite, but you can find a local laundry mat. At this time, I will only accept guest that has positive reviews from other hosts. You can send me your references for someone with no reviews on Airbnb. Please read all the information on the listing before booking or staying in the suite. Guest are responsible for any purchases on the tv and the guests must pay for them before check out. 24/7 Surveillance on the property, cameras are mounted outside and being recorded. Check safety details for the location of my cameras. No smoking of any kind in the suite. I have had too many times that people are smoking in the suite. You will need to pay a minimum $200 if any guests smoke in the suite. No pets allowed because of medical reasons.
