Central & Quiet Place for Living and Working

This spacious and quiet ground floor office-apartment is 1 km away from Potsdamer Platz and usually my office. If it is rented, I work at home 2km away. Opposite is a nice organic cafe, around the corner supermarkets, restaurants, bus / subway can be reached in under 2 min, yet the small street itself is residential and very peaceful. In the other direction 5 minutes away is a large park. 2,4 km to Brandenburger Tor. The ideal place in Berlin! The space The main room is my office, but there's a working space for guests and a nice couch corner for reading or chilling. In the middle is a room between front and back room with a bed and a sideboard for clothing. There is a very small bathroom with shower and toilet. In the kitchen there is sink, microwave with top heat/grill and a double induction hob. That can be fine for the basic supply and in the area there is really a lot - from the snack to the noble sushi. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for dog allergic people. And there is no washing machine. Thats why longer stays have to be confirmed by me. Very nice in summer: because it is a 120 years old Berlin town building and ground floor, it is nice and cool inside, even if it is 40 degrees outside. In winter of course the heating is on. Guest access As long as it is rented out, it is all yours.
