Our orchard home is perched on hill top, amidst fruit garden, surrounded by valleys and guarded by the Himalayan peaks. - Two rooms listed here (MONAL and JAY) are around 200 sq ft (including washroom) located on the second floor and offers best views of the valley, snow peaks. - Rooms will be provided on double occupancy basis. - If you are one or two guests, one room will be provided - If you are 3 or 4 guests, the second room will be provided. - Pricing changes with the number of guests. The space - We have 25 mbps Mbps wifi internet - Airtel, Jio and Vodafone 4G works decently. ABOUT OUR SPACE: Whatever the season, we invite you to recess, breathe in the fresh mountain air and admire the plentiful Himalayan birds going about their daily business in our flourishing fruit orchard. Settle down in our mountain-facing homestay or wander through the butterfly busy wildflower meadow. Our accommodation gives you a cosy and personalized setting, allowing you to feel at home. Each bedroom is fitted with all the modern amenities like king size bed, quilt, TV, hot and cold water facility, WiFi etc. The property is surrounded by sprawling lawns, flower gardens, fruiting trees like peach, plum, apple, pear etc. A mere walk through the gardens is very refreshing. On a clear day, you can spot Himalayan peaks (Nanda Devi, Trishul and Panchachuli) from the balcony & lobby. We have beautiful sitting areas in the lawn, where you would like to sip a cup of coffee or just spend the day reading your favorite book. There are several trekking routes that originate from our orchard. A walk down the lanes through fields, huts, forests, up to the water stream brings you closer to the mountain living. Guest access Guests are most welcome to access the entire garden, lawn area, view-point area, apart from the room booked by them. During your stay Our team is well trained to take care of most of your needs. In case you need any local guide for sight-seeing, village excursion etc., please let us know in advance. We will be happy to arrange guides for you at an additional cost. Other things to note MEALS & DRIVER'S ACCOMMODATION: We serve home-cooked meals. Most of our food ingredients are procured locally. We have A-La-Carte menu card. All meals can be ordered from our menu card. We recommend you to try out our Kumaoni delicacies. Driver's Accommodation is chargeable at Rs. 400/- per night. Meals (limited and fixed menu) will be charged at Rs. 150 for breakfast and Rs. 250/ for lunch per driver. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will only be served in the dining area. Breakfast timing – 8.30 am to 10 am Lunch timing – 1 pm to 2 pm, Dinner timing – 8.30 pm to 10 pm. Snacks can be ordered at any time between 11 am to 7.30 pm. Our kitchen closes at 10 pm sharp. You may bring your own hard drink and enjoy it in the room. Drinking outside is not permissible. BONFIRE: Bonfire is chargeable at Rs. 800/-. A fixed bundle of firewood is provided for you to enjoy. We extinguish the fire after 10.30 pm in order to avoid any fire related mishap. MUSIC POLICY: We want to offer our guests a peaceful stay. So playing music of any type in the outdoor is not permissible. You may play your music inside the room and keep the volume levels low so that it doesn't disturb the fellow guests. ROOM HEATING: In winters (Nov - Feb), heating in the room is provided by electric blankets only. Bed gets decently warm with electric blankets. Room heaters are not provided. Illegal activity including, but not limited to, drugs, prostitution, carrying firearms, weapons etc. is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking and report the matter.
