All beds have new memory foam mattresses, cotton sheets and down filled duvet covers. The Sofa in the Living room easily transforms to a Queen sized bed. The wall bed in the bedroom converts to two single bunk beds. There is also a double closet and desk with chair. The fully equipped GE Cafe Kitchen, is a cooks delight. It includes a gas stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen is fully functional with dishes, glassware, cookware, etc. If needed, the handy console easily converts into a dining table, seating four neatly. The four piece washroom has a soaker bathtub. The unit overlooks a parkette and the balcony off of the living room is perfect for gazing out over the exceptional, one-of-a-kind view of the Toronto skyline. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a parking space if needed. Commonly used common element areas (such as sanitary facilities, lobby/garage, entrance, door handles and elevator call buttons) are kept clean and disinfected with industry appropriate products.
