A cosy self-catering apartment located on the outskirts of town ca 20 min walk from the town center. Superbly appointed cosy apartment. 3 Rooms and balcony. Perfectly suited for 2 people. Relax with cowbells (when the cows visit around end of May) & splendid views. Just 45 mins to Neuschwanstein Castle, 15 mins to Linderhof Palace. A great base for day trips/sightseeing. The space First floor apartment in chalet style house, with large, comfortable cosy double bedroom with continental size bed. Bedroom leads to balcony with superb views. Fully equipped kitchen/eating area with roof window and view. Lounge with flat screen smart TV monitor (no direct TV connection or channels currently), Bluetooth speaker, and couch. Alpine and mountain views all around. Bathroom with bath (tub), handheld shower, sink and WC. Please note there is no stand-in shower in this bathroom. Infants: We can only accept 1 infant due to space in the bedroom. If booking with an infant, there is a small additional extra charge of 5 euro per night, this is payable at the property with the local tourist tax. You have access to the garden and patio area, however, the area is not fenced so pets should be kept on a leash. Guest access Private apartment with balcony and use of the guest garden. Well behaved PETS are also welcome here but with prior notice please! Please note a small charge applies. Other things to note Spa fees must be collected from guests who stay in the Ammergau Alps nature park region for spa or recreational purposes. The fees are collected by us but payable to the authorities in Oberammergau of 2,50 Euro per person per day (from the age of 16). Once we have registered you with the Ammergauer Alpen, you will be provided with a guest card which you can use on local public transport, including buses and trains in the region free of charge (an extra ticket must be purchased for dogs). This makes it easy for you to explore the local area without having to worry about transportation costs! In addition to the free use of public transport (Dogs require a ticket) The guest card also offers discounts on a variety of Activities and attractions such as the Cable Car, Alpine Coaster and Museums. Some of the participating partners even offer free entry to cardholders. If you are 2 guests but wish to sleep separately it is possible to have the living room as an extra bedroom with the sofa bed, there is an additional charge of 10 euro per night. Our prices shown are based on 2 guests sharing the double bedroom. Please inform us in the booking request PETS are allowed with PRIOR NOTICE PLEASE. A small charge applies.
