A well equiped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron, iron table, hair dryers, towels and sampoo are supplied. The space The apartment is on the first floor and you can reach with 16 steps. You have 2 bedroom, 1,5 bathroom (1 toilet) and 1 living room, 1 kitchen and large enterance. All the rooms have own door and privacy. In every bedroom there is a large double bed with high quality crisp white linens. In the living room you have a dinning table for six people, tv, one sofa that would be a double bed if it is needed. There is also one seat. Living room has acamodation for 2 people to sleep comfortably. One bathroom has toilet and shower but the other has only shower. This is the perfect apartment for guests who enjoy a stylish space and city-scape views from a shared roof terrace - in a central and fascinating historic location. All furnishings and fittings are high-end and the interior design skillfully crafted, antique and vintage treasures. The space itself is thoughtfully arranged for privacy and comfort. There are hairdryers in both of the bathrooms. You have also iron and iron table. The kitchen is contemporary, chic and well-equipped with high end appliances. There are microwave, eletricity stove, cattle, oven… The bedrooms and living room comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a wonderfull terrace with golden horn view that you can spend time with your friends and relatives. The flat is 50 meters to Galata Tower and 150 meters to İstiklal Street which is pedestrian street that takes you Taksim Square... By walking 4-5 minutes to Karaköy you can take tram and go to Hagia Sofia, Topkapı Palace, Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Grand Bazaar Area... The nearest metro station is Şişhane (200m), which gives you easy access to the all parts of Istanbul. Located 2-3 minutes from the attractions of Istiklal Street and Taksim. Guest access You have all the privacy of the flat. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor. There isnt elevator in the building and there are 16 steps to reach to the apartment. -Please note that the cost of any bed linen or towel that remains permanently stained after cleaning will be charged after check-out. - Smoking is not allowed in the flat. -Party is not allowed. -After 18:00 pm please kindly do not make noise, there are many neighbors living permanently in this building. -Water shortages may increase due to global warming. Water outages are inevitable and you may experience them too. Therefore, we recommend you to take your shower before going to bed because most of the outageses are happen in the morning and day time. -We should register our guests passport informations in to the police identification system. This is the same procedure while you are checking-in to a hotel in Turkey. This is an obligation for all accommodation places. We have to get your passport details. It is mandatory to enter your passport informations to the Police Identification System. -For stays longer than 10 days tenant pays the natural gas (İgdaş), electricty (CK Boğaziçi) and water (İSKİ) invoices. We do this to protect our world and prevent global warming. If we do not do this, people are turning on the air conditioner's Cooling while the heaters are on, or they are opening the windows while the air conditioner's Cooling is on. These are all examples of wrong consumption. We are trying to prevent this wrong consumption.
