Whole House let in bright, new village in Somerset

This listing is for sole occupancy of the whole house as a base from where to explore. It's situated in a beautiful and peaceful village where the people are friendly and quintessentially English. Nestling beneath the Quantock hills in the glorious Somerset countryside, Cotford is a few miles from the market town of Taunton, and just 10 mins from junction 25/26 of the M5. From the house you can walk to a local supermarket and the Chapel Pub, with Thai food, wood stove pizza and drinks. The space Cotford St Luke offers may things - from a one night stop over for people making their way further down to the Southwest and Cornwall, to a base from which to explore one the the UK's longest working steam railway taking passengers from Bishop's Lydeard station, all the way to the seaside town of Minehead. We are a few miles from several must-see places too, with Hestercombe Gardens, Taunton Racecourse and the wilds of the Quantock Hills (and award-winning Quantock Brewery tap room), just a short distance from the door. Guest access All areas are open to guests. There is uncapped and fast SKY broadband and SKY TV in the lounge. There is internet TV available in the guest bedroom (captain's double bed and single roll out futon mattress), and an Xbox and various games. All areas are open to guests except the garage. There is an office with 2 laser printers (mono and colour), and desk and hard wired computer giving access to the internet. Other things to note I have a house cat called Spud who thinks that he owns the house. He's not allowed upstairs and only uses the sunny conservatory. You can take over his feeding if you want to, (he loves ANYONE who feeds him), and if not he is happy to be fed, watered and entertained by you, my lovely neighbour Annette can feed him. He is fed once in the morning and once in the evening via 100g sachet of cat food. He has a stockpile of dry food.
