Comfy City Townhome - Fiserv Forum a short walk!

Near everything downtown: Art, sports, restaurants. A ten minute walk to the Fiserv Forum for sports (NBA) and concerts! Comfortable and clean accommodations. Private room and bathroom. *Cleaning to Covid19 standards. Good for couples, solo, and business. A three story town home, a 20 minute walk to City Hall and the Wisconsin Center, and a 30 minute walk to the lakefront. Desk and TV with HBO / Showtime in your room. Continental breakfast offered between 7 am to 9 am, upon request. The space The bedroom is on the third floor (two flights of stairs) of a newer town home. You are welcome to use all the common areas of the home. Towels, shampoos, soaps are provided. You have your own private bathroom as well as access to the half bath on the 2nd floor of the house. Guest access You will be able to come and go by use of an electronic remote control that accesses the garage door in the rear of the home. Also, you will have a garage space for your car. Otherwise a key for the front door will be given to you if you don't come with a car. During your stay I am free to help you with recommendations for things to do and see. I have lived in Milwaukee for over 40 years and know it well. Please feel free to chat me up and also inhabit the common areas of the house (living room, dining room). This is your home away from home. And while I enjoy interacting with my guests, please feel free to enjoy your privacy as you see fit. Other things to note My home can accommodate 3 people only if the 3rd guest is willing to use the couch (not a pullout) in the living room. You have a TV and HBO / Showtime available in the bedroom as well as in the living room. I typically stock yogurts, cereal, bread and of course, coffee or tea for the morning to help get you started (served from 7-9 am). If you need things laundered, please let me know and I will show you the "workings" of the washer/ dryer.
