ATENÇÃO: é uma casa muito antiga, na primeira linha de mar e portanto com muita exposição à maresia. devido a isso a construção tem algumas imperfeições proprias da antiguidade do imovel e destas condições extraordinárias, também pode ter alguma sensação de humidade nos dias frios ou chuvosos. Não entanto, a experiência merece a pena. 😉 The almost virgin surroundings, the amazing beach and the relaxed atmosphere of the typical neighborhood where time seems to have stopped, along with the simplicity and magic location of the house make this accommodation a unique place. ATTENTION : This is a very old house, right on the seafront and therefore very exposed to the sea air. Because of this, the construction has some imperfections typical of the property's age, and due to these extraordinary conditions, also it may feel somewhat damp on cold or rainy days. However, the experience is worth the effort.😉 Guest access Two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room equipped with a sofa, a dining room with a relaxation area, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and equipment and a bathroom. Other things to note The charm of the green house lies mainly in its very favorable location for lovers of the sea, fishing and surfing. This is a very old beach house and therefore has certain imperfections and limitations resulting from the passage of time and its proximity to the sea. We try to maintain it and give some extra care every year, but there are certain limitations that we cannot eliminate... it has BASIC amenities. For those who stay outside the summer season, it has electric radiators, usually enough to heat the whole house, but depending on the weather you may feel some humidity.
