Steph’s room is a single bedroom with sleeping for one in a single bed. When you rent Stephanie‘s room you have exclusive access to the sleeping porch that has two full beds. You have access to the washer and dryer which are in the basement. There are two tandem bicycles and one single bicycle available for your use. Go pedal around town or through beautiful Baker University campus in the evening. The common spaces in the living room, dining room, and kitchen are brightly decorated and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for use. Coffee provided. I travel quite a bit but when I am in town I will stop in on occasion. I am always available via text or phone call. Baldwin house with the peach floor is within walking distance of downtown, and only a block away from the grocery store. Baker campus is also within walking distance, or ride one of our tandem bikes and really enjoy the sites. Most everything in town it’s within walking distance. A tandem bike or single bike is available for your use. The sleeping porch is not climate controlled.
