The space You will enjoy exclusive use of all areas as you will be the only ones inside the house. --The Suite for 2 people is a very spacious, visually open space of a total of 53 m2 (room 25m2 + bathroom area 12m2 + terrace 16m2) totally private, without vis a vis. With its spectacular views, decorated with abstract paintings, Balinese furniture, antiques, tropical plants. The suite is a dream place where technology brings its personal touch (LEDs with color change, wifi, 50-inch smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV, 180x200 KING SIZE bed, air conditioning, etc.). The tropical bathroom has teak flooring, a sink, whirlpool, shower, toilet and a 3-meter-wide window that gives access to the private terrace with sun loungers and plants and panoramic views. On the ground floor, entering the house, you will find an area with mountain bikes made available to guests, a themed area with a sauna for 2 people, the play area with table football and you can enjoy the living-dining room with 32'' smart TV, a large porch where the kitchen and outdoor dining room are located decorated with a mixture of industrial and vintage and a beautiful terrace with a large chill out area, shower with hot water and many tropical plants. All rooms in the house have fans and the suite has air conditioning. The other rooms do not need air conditioning because it is an old village house that is quite cool!!! -The house is located on the main street of Montferri but the 2 terraces are oriented towards the back, towards the South, and enjoy a true 'Micro-climate' that allows you to enjoy the sun all year round. - All life is organized towards the terraces and we have created very cozy environments with spectacular views of nature. -With no cars or pedestrians passing by on the south side, the impression of peace and quiet is intense. -By renovating it with our hands, the house has a very personal character and this makes everyone feel very comfortable. Guest access In recent months, several leisure-focused services have been added so you can have a good time without having to take the car: -MOUNTAIN BIKES for adults and children to discover the area as a family. The WIKILOC app proposes several routes around. The mountain bikes have an anti-theft lock in case you have to leave them unattended, a puncture repair kit, a waterproof bag for the mobile and personal things with a transparent screen, and removable front and rear lights. THE USE OF MOUNTAIN BIKES IS UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and they must be left in place and clean on the day of your departure. -SAUNA FOR 2 PEOPLE for total relaxation after a day of fatigue, bathrobes, towels and disposable slippers are provided (you cannot enter the sauna area with street shoes due to hygiene issues). It is important to read these rules well because certain diseases are incompatible with the use of the sauna. You can connect to the radio via Bluetooth and enjoy your favorite music during your session. The sauna area has chromotherapy and aromatherapy. On the ground floor are the mountain bikes area, sauna, play area with foosball, living room, indoor kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washer and dryer. Under the porch are the outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining room for up to 6 diners and that we even enjoy for breakfasts and meals in the winter months. The outdoor kitchen, very 'industrial' with concrete countertop has a ceramic hob, grill, fryer, Nespresso. This very spacious kitchen leads directly to the outdoor dining room and terrace as if everything were an open-plan area, allowing you to cook without disconnecting from friends and enjoy the panoramic views at all times. The porch has an awning with a transparent canvas window that allows it to be completely closed for the cool months or if there is too much wind or rain. In the outdoor part of the terrace, without any vis a vis even if we are in the middle of the village, with teak floor, we have a spacious and cozy Chill Out area flanked by tropical vegetation and an outdoor wooden shower with hot water to be able to use it almost all year round. During the summer months, the ground floor terrace has a shade that covers its entirety to allow you to enjoy this space even in the warmer months.
