While you're at home, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix and a plush King bed. If you feel like exploring it's just short walk to the beach, surrounding restaurants, coffee shops and tram station. If you're after some excitement, Australia's best theme parks are just a 20 minute drive away. The space In the apartment you will find a 55” Smart TV in the living room and a wall mounted Smart TV in the bedroom, a king bed with plush mattress, cupboard storage, a brand new air conditioning unit with heating and cooling settings, a work/study desk, a fold out sofa, a large spacious bathroom, a dining table which seats 4, a kitchen including cutlery, plates, cups, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, tea & milk. Please note there’s no stove or oven for cooking due to building fire regulations. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street with ocean views, surrounding hotels and palms. Very lovely during the day and while the sun sets in the afternoon. The hotel has many great facilities including a restaurant in the lobby, lagoon-style pool, spa, BBQ area and gym. If you’re wanting to get out and about the tram is super close only 5 mins away (Surfers Paradise North) which you can jump on to Cavill or Broadbeach. Then again everything is so close you could walk, especially to the beach! Guest access Guests have access to all facilities including the lagoon pool, spa, sauna, BBQ area and gym. Other things to note Freshly painted since photos taken. The maximum number of guests allowed overnight is 4. This includes infants. The hotel is not zoned for permanent / long term residence and so they disallow the use of cooktops (hence no ovens in the kitchens) so just be prepared if you were planing to cook to utilise the poolside BBQ. Otherwise there’s a microwave and toaster for basic cooking needs. While the underground car park is free, it is also first in first served and can be very limited at times (particularly during holidays). So please also be prepared that you may need to find nearby street parking. The clearance for underground parking is 1.9 m. While you have already been verified on Airbnb, please be aware the hotel's policy is to require your ID upon check in. As it is a limited services hotel, they do not attend each day to clean, restock amenities or towels unless you are staying more than one week, then they will attend mid-stay and perform a complimentary clean. If you need any extra towels during your stay, please see reception and let them know to forward the charges to me quoting your room number. Please however be mindful of consumption and not to request towels excessively. Cots for infants are available to hire from reception at $10 per night. Note the maximum number of guests that can stay in the apartment including infants is 4 due to fire regulations.
