Guests can enjoy a private, patio for alfresco dining and relaxation. Situated within walking distance of local amenities and a short drive to Silverburn shopping center and the M77, which links Glasgow City center and the stunning Ayrshire coast, this space is the ideal location .The property is close to public transport, leisure facilities and business links. The space This annex is attached to the main house and accessed through a private front door. Guests have exclusive use of the space and private garden patio. WiFi/SKY tv / Netflix all included. Please note that as there is no gas supply to the annex , no carbon monoxide detector is required. Carbon monoxide detectors are situated in the main house adjacent to the annex. For security, there is a camera monitoring the front and back garden. Guest access Parking is on the street. A quiet road with not much through traffic. Please be aware there will be new legislation regarding pavement parking coming into force in April 2026 in East Renfrewshire. Warning letters will be issued from January - March 2026 for drivers who park on the pavement. From April , East Renfrewshire Council will be issuing fines for cars that are parked on the pavement. A bus service into Glasgow city center is a 7 minute walk from the property. Other things to note A basic starter pack of household provisions such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper, cling film and washing capsules is provided for all guests along with a few basic store cupboard essentials like salt and pepper, cooking oil,tea and coffee, coffee pods for Nespresso machine, hot chocolate etc There is a Russell Hobbs air fryer for guests to use. The microwave combines also as an oven and grill. There should be enough to see you through your first few days (and hopefully beyond) I am happy to provide milk, butter, bread on request, but due to dairy and gluten intolerances, this is not provided as standard. Please DO, message me though, if I can assist with these grocery items prior to your arrival. As this is a self catering property, it is respectfully requested that such items are replenished by the guest as and when required. For security , there is a camera at the front and rear of the property.
