Other things to note The apartment is located on the fifth floor with elevator access. The spa area is often under maintenance. We can not guarantee that it will be open during your stay. The use of identification wristbands is mandatory to access the communal areas of the residential complex, including the swimming pool, gym, and spa. This requirement applies to all guests aged 14 and over.
