Real Kiwi Relaxing Quiet Family Home

Awesome quiet secure comfortable family home in no exit street. 14 minute walk to cafes, beaches and restaurants. 8 minutes walk to bus, 10 minutes drive to CBD and 20 minutes bus to CBD. One of Auckland's nicest suburbs. Large house 2 lounges plus large couch and dining areas outside. There are bikes for use as well. We have a well behaved Labradoodle dog who rarely barks or makes noise. The space The house is a large 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms with a large garden. The personal space is your bedroom which has a double wardrobe and a queen size comfortable bed. There are 2 lounges so plenty of space to get away and also the garden has a large dining area. There a plenty of empty draws in the bedroom and the wardrobe is mostly empty. There is an awesome large hot spa pool for relaxing in (may be drain during summer). Guest access The whole house During your stay You will find the house mainly quiet but if not you can go to the second lounge or garden area which has a outdoor dining area. Our family is well travelled. Other things to note If we are going out in the boat you will likely be invited. One of the best things to do in Auckland is to get out on the water to all the islands walking, BBQ, maybe go fishing and swimming. There is also a very friendly quiet Labradoodle called Kobi who rarely barks or whimpers and is very well behaved.
