A safe & pleasant neighbourhood with super fast access to the city centre. Small but perfectly formed accommodation with living area, mini kitchen & double bedroom with en suite at the top of a feature spiral staircase. The space Our outhouse has free high-speed broadband [wifi & wired]. The living area includes a sofa, coffee table, and a wall hung smart TV with many APPS installed. The mini kitchen is equipped with a sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, and a built-in fridge with ice box. (*NOTE: no oven or hob included or permitted) Complimentary coffee pods, tea, milk, and sugar are provided. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawers with bedside USB charger sockets [3.1A 5V], a wall hung TV, chest of drawers with hair dryer, small mirror, full length mirror and hanging space. Bedding and towels are provided, and the shower has shampoo & shower gel included.
