Vintage Forest Retreat-By Traum The space Right by the Norwegian border is Gränsbo, which is a small cozy and genuine village with proximity to both Trysil, Stöten, Rörbäcksnäs and Sälen. Fantastic coniferous forest nature with lots of hiking trails nearby, fishing waters in both streams, rivers and lakes and a rich wildlife. The cottage was built in the late 50's and is decorated in a typical 70's spirit. The owner likes details, so here are both wall decorations of different animals as well as books on the bookshelf and ornaments reminiscent of different eras. Complete kitchen with dining area for 6 people. There are two bedrooms with 2 single beds in one and in the other two bunk beds. All beds are 80cm wide. Cozy living room with TV (basic offer) and DVD with many different DVD movies. Inside there are no thresholds and there are two separate bathrooms, each with toilet and sink. In one bathroom there is a shower and in the other there is a bathtub for those who want to enjoy a lukewarm bath. Feel free to take the coffee cup out on the stairs or enjoy breakfast or lunch on the terrace with outdoor furniture. Around the house there are large areas to run, discover and play on. The house is located at the edge of the forest and here you can see the moose walking past day and night. This cottage is handicapped accessible outdoors in spring, summer and autumn. Nearby there is good fishing in Tandån which flows only 300 meters from the house. If you want precious fish, there is Put & Take lake right after the exit towards Sälen. In Rörbäcksnäs you can also cycle on the well-known mountain bike trails, swim in Görtjärn, pick berries or just take a leisurely walk. If you come in the winter, you can strap on your cross-country skis by the house and go on a trip or why not go to Trysil or Sälen for a little downhill skiing. Welcome to Gränsbo!
