Guest access Private cabin on 10 acre property with 900 feet of lakefront on Indian Lake, whose shoreline is 90% "Forever Wild" Adirondack Park land. Canoes, kayaks, rowboats and a a sunfish all provided at no charge (in season). Other things to note ---Guests have the option of checking in with the hosts and getting a quick orientation, or going direct to the cabin, if they're able to find their way. In either case, please let us know which you'd prefer to do, and what time you think you might arrive, so that we'll know whether or not to be waiting for you. ---There is limited cell phone service on the premises, but wider service is available a couple of minutes drive away. We do have premium wifi, which is suitable for VoIP phoning, available for a surcharge. ---Bring your own bed linens and towels and get premium WiFi for free, plus a rebate of $30, plus another $20 per each additional bed. Otherwise the WiFi upgrade is $30 (payable on site) for broadband fibre (fine for streaming and conferencing). Pillows & blankets and free basic WiFi are always provided, with or without the rebate offer. --- EV charging is Level 2, providing 240 volt current through standard 50 amp outdoor, three-prong receptacles. It is centrally located, and there is a fee. ---Well-behaved pets are allowed, as long as certain simple rules are followed: -Dogs must be walked on leashes. -Owners must clean up after their pets. - Dogs are not allowed in the cabin when they're wet. -Owners who take their dogs to the waterfront should avoid areas where others are swimming or sunbathing. -Pets are not allowed on the furniture. -Cats must not scratch the furniture or other items in the cabins. -Dogs must not be left alone in the cabin all day.* -Dogs must be kept from barking and disturbing the other guests.** There is a pet surcharge. This charge is necessary to pay for the extra cleaning required to keep our cabin allergen-free. -Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. -Be sure to inform us, when making reservations, if you wish to bring along your pet. -Packs of dogs are not be allowed. You'll need special permission to bring more than one pet. *Animals that are normally quiet at home may bark or howl when they're left behind in strange surroundings. If this proves to be the case, you'll need to take your pet with you at all times so that other guests aren't disturbed. **If your dog is a chronic barker, it's not going to be a good fit. Please board your pet instead of bringing it along. If, however, it's simply territorial and likely only to bark at passersby; please discuss this with us, so we can help you locate a cabin where this won't be an issue, and other guests won't be disturbed.
