120-year-old half-timbered house

This unique home has its own style. Over 100 years old half-timbered house , nice and cool in summer thanks to the clay construction . Typical for these houses from the times are the low ceiling height , but it gives a special flair. According to the motto ,live like 100 years ago, " but with comfort . The house has about 100 m² of living space. The converted attic with a room height of about 2.50 m has a training room with various appliances . The space This is an old half-timbered house with correspondingly lower ceiling height - the rooms are on three floors. In the living room there is also the possibility to use a pellet oven. Other things to note A dog costs 25€ per stay. It is a new washer-dryer in the house which costs 6 euros per use. In the heating season, pellets can be ordered, which costs 12 euros extra per bag.
