The space The heart of the house is the OUTDOOR AREA, a true open-air living room where you can experience Sicilian conviviality at its best. You will have a masonry BBQ with an attached sink and a convenient second outdoor kitchen with an oven and stovetop, perfect for preparing outdoor dinners without sacrificing anything. The TWO furnished VERANDAS, offering a stunning sea view, are the perfect spot for leisurely breakfasts or starry dinners surrounded by greenery. The interior, bright and functional, opens onto an open-plan living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. The SLEEPING AREA includes three bedrooms designed to ensure rest and privacy. Every detail is designed to ensure a stress-free stay, thanks to the availability of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a reserved parking space. The location is the real highlight of this property: with direct access from the residence, the EQUIPPED BEACH IS JUST 200 meters away. In less than a 5-minute walk, you can dive into crystal-clear waters, rent pedal boats and canoes, or simply relax on the sun loungers. Its strategic location near the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the renowned Faraglioni di Scopello will allow you to easily explore world-famous natural landscapes and then return to the tranquility of your private villa. Please note: To ensure the cleanliness and proper care of the house, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets inside the property and that you make sure they do not cause damage to the furnishings and furniture. Other things to note Places of interest within 1–5 minutes Borgo di Scopello (Baglio): 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot Tonnara di Scopello and the Faraglioni: they are the symbol of the area. Less than a 2-minute drive (or a 10–15-minute walk). Access to the Tonnara is private and requires a fee, but the view of the sea stacks is priceless. Torre Bennistra: A Saracen tower overlooking the village. You can reach it in a short walk from the center of the baglio (about 10 minutes) to enjoy a 360° view of the gulf. Riserva dello Zingaro, 3 min by car Guidaloca Beach: About a 5-minute drive (2.5 km) from the village. The town of Castellammare del Golfo can be reached in about 15 minutes. Other places of interest include the Temple of Segesta, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, and the salt pans, all less than an hour away by car. Airports: The location is ideal for connections: it is about 45 minutes from Palermo Airport (Punta Raisi) and 55 minutes from Trapani Airport (Birgi).
