The room, at second floor, is very large: is composed of a master bed (160x190cm) and a private bathroom with a splendid Jacuzzi hydromassage bath tub (and shower). Wood-beamed ceilings in each room, which is also equipped with safe-boxes and an Internet/Wi-Fi access, smart TV 4K led 55' (Netflix, Amazon, online app) and air conditioning. No detail is overlooked to make your stay in Venice special: coffee machines in every room. For breakfast, pastries, dry fruits, chocolate, jam, typical Burano cookies, fruits, juice and coffee, tea and tisane from organic and bio farm, orange juice, milk, butter, yogurt... and an overall atmosphere, at once discreet and comfortable, encompassing the essential elements of travelling: beauty, informal - yet professional services, an attention to detail and a feeling of well-being which makes one truly feel at home. Other things to note The B&B rules are simple and in place to make your stay a wonderful for both: the guests and the host... 1) Please lock the door at all times 2) There are NO cooking or laundry facilities for guests. I do ask that you don´t do any cooking. 3) Please remove your shoes in the front and carry them upstairs to your room when come to the B&B after 10 pm at night 4) Not to walk with shoes in the rooms upstairs at night, and please cut down the noises. 5) Smoking is forbidden Sometime I do have the possibility to let you check out later.
