Small vacation home in the village of Banastère. Quiet guaranteed! Ground floor: - living room on the street side, - kitchen on the garden side, - bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, - bathroom with toilet. Second floor: - bedroom with 2 beds 80 x 190, - bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200, - bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, - bathroom with toilet. Note: - linens and towels provided - cleaning done by you (or €80 fee to be paid on site) - pets not allowed - we do not want to accommodate more than 6 people. The space Our house is 200 m from the seafront in the peaceful and family-friendly village of Banastère. Guests have access to two sunny terraces and a small garden for relaxation. You can fish on foot at low tide or enjoy swimming at high tide. Many coastal paths will take you to Penvins, its large beaches, its sailing school, its pretty chapel; or to Le Tour du Parc with its oyster beds. If you like bike rides, many marked paths are accessible on the Rhuys Peninsula. In the village of Banastère, you can enjoy a fish tank that offers fresh shellfish and fish all year round, as well as its restaurant open on sunny days. As we do not live there, we will offer you self check-in. As stated in the house rules: no pets allowed in the accommodation. We leave our bikes available. Guest access As we don't live there, we'll offer you self check-in. In front of the house, a parking space is secured by a lockable gate. You will also have access to the small garage where you can store your beach equipment and bikes. Other things to note In July and August, rental is only from Saturday to Saturday. W hen you leave (late morning) please leave the house clean, as you found it. (Sheets removed and placed in the laundry bin, trash cans emptied, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, vacuumed and mopped). If you wish to refrain from cleaning, a package of 80 euro is offered and will be paid on site. Please do not smoke in the accommodation and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
