Richmond Retreat “Unit1” luxury -no cleaning fee.

Set high above the glorious Lake Taupo this cosy and luxurious home offers something for everyone. We are located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, and therefore peace and quiet is assured. For the summer months we have a swimming pool. We also have another unit available which sleeps 5, please look at our other listing for this option. The space The unit is totally self-contained. It is totally insulated and double glazed, and has a very large super king bed. We have provided a small fridge, microwave, toaster, jug and the necessities, e.g. tea, coffee etc., (note: this is NOT a full kitchen), There is also AN ADDITIONAL LARGER kitchenette in a separate room which is shared with other guests. Your unit also has a 50" TV, Netflix, USB charging ports and free WIFI. This is extremely spacious for two people. Please check out our other listing if you have more people travelling with you. Guest access Guests can also access the pool. It is shared with family in the main house, and people in the other unit. Other things to note There are no views from the guest accommodation, however you are welcome to come upstairs and take in the amazing, sweeping views of the ever changing lake that the home has to offer from outside on the upstairs deck. Please park on the road. We have to be able to get our cars out to go to work in the mornings. Please ensure you have booked for the correct amount of people. Unfortunately this room can only take a maximum of two guests and we can not accommodate anymore than that. You are welcome to check out our other listing if you have a larger group.
